Creating an incident

If an incident occurs, this always has to be reported and tracked. This is easily done via the AirHub Drone Operation Center. There are two ways to add an incident, here you’ll read about both options.

Drone Operation Center

Add an incident in the overview of the incidents:

1. Select the ‘Incident’ from the left menu on the main screen
2. You’ll land on a screen with an overview of all reported incidents. In the upper right corner of the screen, you’ll see a blue button saying ‘Report incident’. Click on this
3. A screen will open, asking you to fill in the required information
   • Select the type of incident i.e., ‘Incident’, ‘Accident’, or ‘Hazard’
   • Fill in the title (mandatory)
   • Add a description of the incident (optional)
   • Search and select the flight the incident happened on (mandatory)
   • Select the flight phase (optional)
   • Add the name of the investigator (optional)
   • Select the status (mandatory)
   • Add documents (optional)
4. Always make sure to click on save!

Your incident will automatically be added to the overview of the incidents. Your incident can also be found back in your logbook on the selected flight.

Add an incident directly to the flight:

1. Go to the Mission tab from the left menu
2. Select Logbook from the top menu. You’ll land on a screen with an overview of all executed flights. Click on the flight you’d like to add the incident to
3. Last tab on the flight page is an incident. Click on this, you’ll see ‘Report incident’. Click on this
4. A screen will open, asking you to fill in the required information
   • Select the type of incident i.e., ‘Incident’, ‘Accident’, or ‘Hazard’
   • Fill in the title (mandatory)
   • Add a description of the incident (optional)
   • Search and select the flight the incident happened on (mandatory)
   • Select the flight phase (optional)
   • Add the name of the investigator (optional)
   • Select the status (mandatory)
5. Add documents (optional)
6. Always make sure to click on save!

Your incident has now been added to the flight. The incident, and all other incidents, can be found back in the overview of incidents. You can easily navigate to this page by clicking on ‘incidents’ in the bar on the left side of the screen.
