Deleting your account

It’s always possible to edit the information on your profile. Think of changing your password, e-mail address, or even your name. This can be done in both the Drone Operation Center and the Ground Control App

Drone Operation Center

1. Click on the Accounts tab from the left menu. This will redirect you to the Account settings page.
2. Click on Profile. Scroll all the way down
3. At the bottom, you’ll see ‘Delete account’ in red. Only click on this when you’re sure you want to delete your account!

Ground Control IOS App

1. Go to the workspace from the bottom menu
2. Press on ‘profile’ in the top right corner of the screen.
3. A new screen will open showing option to either delete the account or log out.
4. Choose the desired action and follow the steps accordingly

Ground Control Android App

1. Go to your Account in the bottom right corner
2. Press on ‘profile’, this is the first option below your flight information
3. A new screen will open, the third option is to deactivate your account. Only press on this when you’re sure you want to delete your account!
