Documents

Always have the right documents with you, like your manuals, without having to bring paper. Simply add the documents to your account and always be prepared.

Drone Operation Center
Add a new document to your library

  1. In the left sidebar of the screen, you’ll see ‘Library’ as one of the options. Click on this.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Documents’ section by clicking on it in the left menu. This will display all the documents uploaded in the Operation Center.
  3. To add a new document, click on the blue ‘New’ button in the upper right corner.
  4. A screen with all the documents on your computer will open. Navigate to the document you’d like to add and double-click on it to add it.
  5. The document will be automatically added to the Operation Center.
Edit, delete, or download a document

  1. Click on the document you’d like to edit, delete, or download. It will open in preview mode on the full screen.
  2. In the upper right corner, you’ll see four icons:
    • Edit: This will allow you to change the name or expiration date of the document.
    • Delete: This will delete the document.
    • Download: This will download the document to your computer.
    • Info: This will show more information about the document

It’s also possible to edit or delete your documents from the main document page.

  1. Click on the empty square next to the document.
  2. In the upper right corner, you’ll see the trashcan icon.
  3. Click on it to delete the document.
  4. This option makes it easy to delete multiple documents at once.

Ground Control App

Documents are only available in the Operation Center and Ground Control Android App, and not in the IOS app.

Add a document in Personal Workspace

  1. When you open the app, you’ll see the option ‘Library’ at the bottom. Click on this.
  2. Click on ‘Documents’ under the subheader ‘Documents.’
  3. An overview with all your documents will open. If you haven’t added any documents yet, this overview will be empty. Click on the ‘+’ icon in the upper right corner.
  4. The files on your phone will open. Click on the one you’d like to add.
  5. Add a document name and expiration date.
  6. Always make sure to click on save.
Add Document in Team Workspace

  1. Go to the Library and switch the tab to Teams from the top of the screen. This will display all the teams you are part of.
  2. Select the team you want to see the documents of. This will display all the tabs in accordance with the selected team. Select ‘Documents’ from the list.
  3. An overview with all your documents will open. If you haven’t added any documents yet, this overview will be empty. Click on the ‘+’ icon in the upper right corner.
  4. Add a document name and expiration date.
  5. Always make sure to click on save.
Edit or delete a document
  1. Go to the document you’d like to edit or delete.
  2. To edit, simply change the information.
  3. To delete, click on the bin in the upper right corner.
  4. Always make sure to click on save after editing.
