Workspaces
You can invite new and old members of your organization or crew to join your team and assign certain roles to them. Once they are invited, they can have access to their respective workspace. This feature is present in both the Drone Operation Center and Ground Control Apps. The Android app, however, doesn’t have this feature directly; the user can access different teams via the library, which is explained in detail in the steps below.
Drone Operation Center
If you’re a member of a team, there’ll be multiple workspaces. One for every team you’re in, and one for you as an individual. It’s important you select the right workspace to manage both your personal and team assets.
- In the upper left corner, you’ll see your name. By clicking on it, it’ll open a dropdown displaying all the workspaces
- Select the personal or team workspace you’d like to work from
- You’ll be directed to the workspace you have selected
All operations and assets now displayed are from the selected workspace.
Ground Control IOS App
In the IOS application, you can’t create a new workspace. However, you can access your existing workspaces, including your personal and other team workspaces.
- In the lower right corner, there is a tab for the workspace. Click on it, and you’ll see all the workspaces, including your personal and other team workspaces that either you have invited to or you have created.
- Select the personal or team workspace you’d like to work from
- You will be directed to the workspace you have selected. The screen will display your flight statistics.
All operations and assets in the application now displayed are from the selected workspace.
Ground Control Android App
In the Android application, there are no workspaces. If you want to switch the workspaces, you can go to the library and change the team from there.
- In the bottom menu, click on the library tab. It has both the personal and team tabs there.
- Select the personal or team environment you’d like to work from
- You will be directed to the workspace you have selected. The screen will display your flight statistics.
All operations and assets in the application now displayed are from the selected workspace.
