Workspaces

Workspaces

Inviting and managing team members within your organization is crucial for effective collaboration and access control. You can perform these actions in both the Drone Operation Center and the Ground Control Apps. However, the Android app handles team access differently, as explained below.

Drone Operation Center

If you’re part of a team, you will have access to multiple workspaces, one for each team you are in, and one for your individual workspace.

  1. In the upper left corner, click on your name. This will open a dropdown menu displaying all available workspaces.
  2. Select the personal or team workspace you want to work from.
  3. You will be directed to the selected workspace, where you can manage operations and assets specific to that workspace.

All operations and assets now displayed are from the selected workspace.

Ground Control IOS App

In the iOS application, you cannot create new workspaces, but you can easily access and switch between existing workspaces, including your personal and team workspaces.

  1. Open the iOS application.
  2. In the lower right corner of the app, you will find a tab for workspaces. Click on it.
  3. A menu will appear, displaying all the available workspaces. This includes your personal workspace and any team workspaces that you have access to.
  4. Select the personal or team workspace you’d like to work from by tapping on it.
  5. You will be directed to the selected workspace, and the screen will display your flight statistics and assets specific to that workspace.

By following these steps, you can easily switch between different workspaces to manage your operations and assets effectively within the iOS app.

Ground Control Android App

In the Android application, workspaces function differently compared to the IOS application and Drone Operation Center. Instead of having separate workspaces, you can switch between personal and team environments using the library.

  1. Open the Android application.
  2. In the bottom menu, you will find the “Library” tab. Tap on it.
  3. Within the Library, you will see two tabs: “Personal” and “Team.”
  4. Select the “Personal” or “Team” environment you’d like to work from by tapping on the respective tab.
  5. You will be directed to the workspace you have selected, and the screen will display your flight statistics and assets specific to that environment.

By following these steps, you can switch between your personal and team environments in the Android app, allowing you to manage your operations and assets accordingly.
