Drone Operation Center
Creating and using checklists is an easy way to translate your manuals into actionable steps. Apart from this, it also ensures all drone pilots operate with the same workflow.
Create a checklist
- In the bar on the left side of the screen, you’ll see ‘Library’ as one of the options. Click on this
- You’ll automatically land on a page with an overview of all your drones. Navigate to the ‘Checklists’ section by clicking on it on the left
- to add a new checklist, click on the blue button ‘New’ in the upper right corner
- A screen will open, asking you to fill in the basic checklist information
- Add a name (mandatory)
- Select the checklist type (mandatory)
- Add the purpose of the checklist (mandatory)
- Always make sure to click on save!
- The checklist is automatically added to the overview and new items can now be added by clicking on the recently created checklist
- After clicking on the checklist you’d like to add new items to, a screen will open. In the middle of the screen, you’ll see a plus sign with ‘Add checklist item’ next to it
- Fill in the requested information
- Add a name (mandatory)
- Add a description (mandatory)
- Always make sure to click on save!
- The item has now been added to the checklist
Edit or delete your checklists
- In the bar on the left side of the screen, you’ll see ‘Library’ as one of the options. Click on this
- You’ll automatically land on a page with an overview of all your drones. Navigate to the ‘Checklists’ section by clicking on it on the left
- Click on the checklist you’d like to edit or delete
- In the upper right corner you’ll see three diagonal dots. Click on this
- The options to edit or delete will present itself
- To edit the checklist, click on ‘Edit’ and change the information. Always make sure to click on save!
- To delete the checklist, click on ‘Delete’, and ‘Delete’ again in the pop-up window. The item is now permanently deleted, this action can’t be undone.
- Editing or deleting a single checklist item is also possible, simply click on the item you’d like to edit or delete. To edit, change the name or description and click on save. To delete the item, click on ‘Delete’ and delete in the small pop-up window

Create a checklist
- When you open the app, you’ll see the option ‘Library’ at the bottom. Click on this.
- Click on ‘Checklists’ underneath the subheader ‘Documents’.
- An overview with all your checklists will open, if you haven’t added any checklists yet this overview will be empty. Click on the ‘+’ icon in the upper right corner.
- A new window will open requesting you to fill in the nessary information:
- Checklist title
- Goal
- Checklist type
- Always make sure to click on create
- To add checklist items, click on the ‘+’ icon’ in the bottom right corner
- Add a checklist item and description, click on create
Edit or delete a checklist (item)
- Go to the checklist you’d like to edit or delete
- To edit or delete the entire checklist, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner
- Change the information and click on save, or click on the bin icon in the upper right corner
- To edit or delete a checklist item, click on the checklist item, edit the information and click on save. To delete, click on the bin in the upper right corner
