Obtaining Your Authorization

To operate compliant, the CAA has to approve the mandatory documents. Once these are approved, you are, in theory, compliant. The documents needed for this can be seen on the right. The laws and regulations change on a regular basis. This means, your documents have to be updated when necessary. Not all changes apply to your documents. Make sure to implement only what is relevant. The updated documents don’t have to be approved by the CAA, but will be checked during an audit.
